Termination:

Upon termination:

You must destroy all materials obtained from the Diam
Circle Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. website and all copies
of those materials, whether or not they were made under
these terms.

Integration and Severability:

If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void,
or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will
be deemed severable from these terms and will not affect
the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The preceding terms and conditions of use represent the
entire agreement between Diam Circle
Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. and the user relating to
the subject matter herein.
. Merchandise once sold cannot be taken back as per the
Goverment of India.
. Merchandise cannot be sent on consignment for inspection.
. Merchandise offered for sale are the one listed on our website
only.
. If you are looking for a specific item and were unable to
locate it on our website please send us an email.
. Orders are processed on net prices + Insurance (C.I.F. basis)
. In case if the invoice value is less than US $15000
there will be an extra charge of US$100.
. Merchandise that is in stock will usually be shipped within
three business working days of confirmation of your order.
. Merchandise will be shipped via Malca Amit / Brinks / Lemuir
Express on CIF basis. . Door to Door insurance covered by Malca Amit/Brinks. .
The ownership right & title of the above goods will pass on the buyer only
on the receipt of full payment & this transaction is subject to
jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.
